This is an absolute pleasure. The ginger is as fresh as it comes. The lemon is fresh cut. There are notes of Muscovado sugar in there too, and a distant background of cut grass hops and bitter lemon zest. No Terry it doesn't contain hops. Well I know, but there is still that distant hop taste. It is a real nice sipping drink to sit by a roaring fire with. Food wise, pair it with sushi or pair it with an apple based dessert.
